How does the free refund work at Wishproject?

If you are not completely satisfied with an article from us, you can send it back to us free of charge from Germany and Austria within 30 days.

For returns from the other EU countries as well as Switzerland, the return costs are borne by the customer.

On the shipping document you will find all instructions for a quick and smooth return. If there are any questions, our Support team with pleasure further!

How do I exchange a product at Wishproject?

A change to another color or size is directly not possible. Please return the item you do not want to have to us and order the desired replacement item separately in the online shop.

When will I get my refund?

Please give us some time for the careful processing of returns, we will process your return after arrival at our warehouse but of course as soon as possible and you will receive your return from us via the payment method used in the online shop within a maximum of 14 days.
